Payment for the first 30 nights, or the full stay if reservation is less than 30 nights, is due two weeks prior to the arrival date (anniversary date).
Payment for the next 30 nights, or additional period, will be due two weeks prior to the next anniversary date. We require two weeks notice for any changes or cancellations. In-house guests are given priority, but extensions beyond the original reserved period are subject to availability. For your convenience we accept payment by Major Credit Card, Company Cheque, and Certified Cheque. Arrangements for Cash Payments can also be made.
